Our chicken is marinated in tamari, sugar, garlic and bay leaves overnight and prepared in 3 different ways:
GRILLED: basted with a marinade reduction
FRIED: twice cooked and lightly dusted in flour for crispy finish
ROASTED: stuffed with lemongrass and ginger, slow cooked in the rotisserie and basted with annatto-calamansi butter
WINGS are ordered by the pound and only prepared fried
